Hello -
Currently I am with another host and am VERY unhappy with their services. I was given a 'thumbs up' on your service from a current member....and looking over your group I have to say that I'll be happy to move over to your services!
On to the question:
Looking over the packages I am interested in a shared server, as my sites aren't big enough to warrant my own dedicated yet, but I do expect them to grow.
I have currently online 2 sites, and 5 registered in total. One will have a php VBulletin forum, and the other is generally just an 'informational' business site. I write in ASP - so Windows is necessary, but my current provider forces out of the ability to use a php message board on my Windows server. Reading here I see that I will be able to use a php board as well as ASP pages....that's GREAT news to me.
I would rather go with a plan that I wouldn't have to upgrade right away, so I'm thinking about the Extreme hosting - it will give me the ability to grow my sites without worrying right away about reaching limits (if I ever reach limits).
Also, as I am new to actually moving web space....I have a question in that regard as well. After creating a service contract with you, how long can I expect it to take in order to push my sites onto your servers? I am looking at potential downtime here - since I already have registered the sites I currently need I'm hoping it's as easy as buying service with you, pointing the regitered to wherever my site is with you, then publishing the website to be up and running. Am I making this too simple? Is there help (US based) available to assist in this process if I need it?
Thanks for the time!

Hi,
All plans support PHP, Windows currently has version 4.4.x available.
Moving the websites is about as easy as you've said, you would publish your site to our servers, once you're happy it's working (using a the temporary URL provided) you would then update your nameservers with the domain registrar and DNS propagation will then start. This will take on average 24 hours to become effective.
Assistance is available via the forum, and via email.
