Hi there
I am redesigning a site for a client of mine. They currently have their site hosted with you through a third party who has a resellers account with you. The 'third party' has given me access to the Helm control panel and I have created a new database. However, I am not sure where to actually set up the database. Is there access to phpmyadmin from your system, have I just missed a button or process somewhere???
Cheers for the help

Hi,
I Just re-read what you had posted, as this is a resellers end user it is up to the resellers to provide a phpmyadmin link either in the control panel (they can setup links for their users) or providing them the direct URL, unfortunately we do not provide end user support to customers of resellers directly.
I would ask the reseller to set up a link as I'm sure you're not the only customer looking for it, it's easy to do in HELM, I'll PM you the link also.
Regards.
