I wanted to take a moment and say that I'm extremely happy with Kiwihosting. As is usually the case, we're quick to post and email when someting is not right or when we need something - which is appropriate, after all we are paying for a service.

However, just as important is to recognize the good things. Kiwihosting comes through again and again. Whether responding to issues on the forums, replying to emails, providing general know-how or installing patches that upgrade and do not necessarily fix - something not all hosts are quick to do. Why mess with a server that is humming by installing non-essential updates. Yet, you guys do it for us.

So, thanks for the great work and support - keep it up.

I would also agree.

I have been approached by several different companies offering their services and have obviously declined.
The level of service and professionalism I receive on a consistent basis is phenomenal.
